Adam Hartung - Vice President

Hartung Electric was founded by Jason and Jerry Joe Hartung on May 1st, 2010. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Jason and Jerry knew that they would be in business for themselves. Before establishing Hartung Electric, Jerry Joe was a farmer for 30 years. He was trained with the ABC of WI apprenticeship program and became a Journeyman electrician in the State of WI.

Jason started a career in the trades immediately after high school before entering the ABC of WI electrical apprenticeship program. With his knowledge and experience, he quickly became a master electrician. 

With their combined knowledge, experience, skills, and training, they started their own company, Hartung Electric. Both Jason and Jerry Joe have been running the company successfully over the years. They believe that the key to their success is their people.

Due to their emphasis on apprenticeships, training, and continuing education, more than 1/3 of our workforce are masters of their craft; state of Wisconsin tested and certified Journeyman and Master Electricians. This aspect adds more value to our business.

Adam, an automation specialist and joined Hartung Electric as a Vice President in August 2016. He comes from a successful background in VFD, PLC, MCC, sensors, camera systems, control cabinets, fiber optic, network, and more.

Using advanced technologies and a diverse workforce, we've been constantly evolving and growing as a company. With our integrated operations, we have been serving a wide range of customers with their diverse needs throughout the Midwest. From basic electrical wiring to complete designing of electrical systems, we specialize in everything.
